The Wheelbarrow Sombrero is an adjustable, water-resistant, washable cover. These covers can be used to cover grain, feed, hay and, of course, manure; however, they are not just for equestrians! Once the elastic cord is adjusted it can be locked in place with a toggle while still providing sufficient stretch to remove and replace the cover multiple times with no complications.
